Father God, thank you for your faithfulness to me and my family this past week. Thank you for restoring my cellphone to me, for the opportunity to pray for my cousin in NZ who is deeply troubled and sad, for keeping me safe while on my way to church and on my way back home and reminding me that you are in control and that you are ready to take care of me. Thank you for keeping my family and JP safe and in good health. Thank you also for reminding me in Matthew 11:28 that your yoke is easy and your burden is light and that in you, who is gentle and humble in heart, I will find my soul's rest. All this I pray, in Jesus' name.
